Report from The Sled Den
Thursday, Feb 10, 2016

Finally……it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas….at The Sled Den…...lol…...Well, the current snow level is about what it is at Christmastime…...

We are hurting for snow like everyone else. The only difference is we have snow to ride.  The snow level is for sure at least 4 feet lower than usual.

There just hasn’t been the big storms like every other year. I am still hoping we will see some crazy storms before the season ends…….it might even end in April this year.

The last few rides have been getting better……each week is better than the last. By the next big storm we will have loads more to ride.

If we have 2 feet of pow it would be super. Right now we are using the base as snow, so when you go too deep you end up in an air pocket.

Today we rode some open cuts and it’s about 4 - 5 feet deep…… should be 6…. but no snow!

The guys had a blast ‘cause there were climbs and sidehilling and also jumps. Sure was busy when we first got there…..lol !

The best of the day was when the sun came out at the end of the day for us to take a picture………. and warm up like black cats.....

These are a bunch of pics from this year so far…... Hope you enjoy them...
